Cleaning Up Our Act

What would drive more people to recycle? Fuel. I want to install special fuel stations in every state accessed with an account card, to recycle in exchange for credit at the fuel pump.

We will turn our recycled goods into the fuel we use to drive, while we put solar panels in space where it's always sunny, to harness an unprecedented amount of energy. Energy to fuel our entire Nation. We will use hemp as the bio-degradable replacement of paper & plastic or fuel, to save the ecosystem & preserve the world for our descendants.
